Production

Commissioned by Catholic Education SA, the documentary focusses on three schools and spans a range of age groups: Years 1/2, Years 5/6 and Year 10. The approach was largely ‘student voice’, with the students sharing their understanding as they explore the curriculum’s themes: “We have the right to be safe”, and “We can help ourselves to be safe by talking to people we trust”.

The Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum was developed in South Australia by the Department of Education & Child Development.
